Adds identical provisions to each statute to establish that any portion of a fee-supported fire district that is annexed as a noncontiguous area pursuant to Part 4, Article 4A, of GS Chapter 160A (intended) remains a part of and pays fees to the fee-supported fire district. Sunsets the act on June 30, 2049.
