Appropriates $500,000 in nonrecurring funds for 2023-24 from the General Fund to the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, to be used as title indicates. A report of findings and recommendations is due to the specified NCGA committee by July 1, 2024. Effective July 1, 2023.
