AN ACT TO CREATE A PRESUMPTION THAT ALLOWS ONE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY TO EASILY ASSIST ANOTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY WHENEVER NECESSARY AND TO MAKE TECHNICAL CHANGES. Enacted June 25, 2018. Effective June 25, 2018.
