Deletes all the provisions of the 3rd edition and replaces it with AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE BUDGET TO USE REPAIRS AND RENOVATIONS FUNDS TO ENSURE ADEQUATE FUNDING IN THE STATE MEDICAID PROGRAM FOR THE 2011-2012 FISCAL YEAR.
As the title indicates. Authorizes a transfer of up to $94 million in funds appropriated to the Repairs and Renovations Reserve Account (RRRA) for the 2011-12 fiscal year to the State Controller for deposit in the appropriate budget code for use to ensure payment to Medicaid providers for the rest of the 2011-12 fiscal year.
