Appropriates $679 million from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Child Development and Early Education (Division), for 2022-23 to provide continued funding for child care stabilization grants consistent with similar grants distributed under Section 3.2, SL 2021-25, which appropriates federal grants received for listed purposes. Requires recipients to report to the Division within one year of receipt of funds. Effective July 1, 2022.
