Enacts new GS 115C-407.25 to require each local board of education, by January 1, 2013, to adopt and implement a dating violence and abuse policy, which must meet specified requirements. Also adds the requirement to GS 115C-81 (Basic Education Program) to add teen dating violence and abuse to the health education program. Applies beginning in the 2012-13 school year.
