AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GREENVILLE TO CONVEY BY PRIVATE NEGOTIATION AND SALE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY THAT DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM LOT SIZE REQUIREMENTS PRESCRIBED BY THE CITY'S ZONING ORDINANCE.

Requires that any sale or conveyance under this act must be approved by the City Council, by resolution, on 10 days' public notice. Prescribes how notice is to be given. Defines a single-family residential zoning district for the purposes of this act.
