Appropriates $48 million in recurring funds as associated receipts beginning with the 2026-27 fiscal year from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Benefits, to increase Medicaid rates paid for primary care. Requires the increases to be implemented as soon as practicable after July 1, 2026, and makes the increases applicable to primary car services as defined in the specified report. Effective July 1, 2026.
