Senate amendment to the 2nd edition makes the following changes.
Amends GS 132-1.2 by providing that GS Chapter 132 does not require or allow a public agency to disclose information that reveals the identifying information (was, name, address, or other identifying information) of a person winning more than $5 million (was, $50 million) in the lottery who requests to remain anonymous (was, requests to remain anonymous for 90 days).
