AN ACT PROVIDING THAT COUNTIES AND CITIES SHALL REQUIRE CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD CHECKS FOR APPLICANTS FOR EMPLOYMENT IF THE POSITION BEING FILLED REQUIRES THE APPLICANT TO WORK WITH CHILDREN IN ANY CAPACITY.
