Changes the scope of the study by the Office of Learning Recovery and Acceleration in the Department of Public Instruction, in collaboration with the NC Policy Collaboratory, to require studying ways to increase the representation of teachers from diverse socioeconomic and geographic backgrounds in public elementary and secondary schools (was, study programs aimed at increasing minority males, including African American males, enrolled in educator preparation programs and employed as teachers in public elementary and secondary schools).
