Requires local boards to require that each school prominently display inside each school building’s main entrance, the following quote from the State constitution: "Religion, morality, and knowledge being necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind, schools, libraries, and the means of education shall forever be encouraged." Also specifies that the schools should provide age appropriate instruction on the US and State constitutions, in addition to the other matters listed in GS 115C-47(29a).
