Appropriates, to the extent funds are available, $10 million from the Opioid Abatement Reserve to UNC Board of Governors for 2022-23 to be allocated to the UNC-Greensboro to establish an institute at the university to prevent and treat opioid misuse. Requires the funds to be used to establish an integrated continuum of prevention, intervention, and recovery support services. Effective July 1, 2022.
