Appropriates $11.5 million from the General Fund to the Department of Public Instruction for 2022-23 to be allocated in specified amounts for athletic facilities at Starmount High School and Forbush High School as specified.
Appropriates $12 million from the General Fund to Yadkin County for 2022-23 to be allocated in specified amounts for a new governmental building containing specified offices and water and sewer upgrades.
Specifies that these funds do not revert.
