Appropriates $1 million from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Central Management and Support, Office of Rural Health for the 2021-23 biennium. Requires allocation of the funds to the ECU Center for Telepsychiatry and e-Behavioral Health for the statewide telepsychiatry program established under specified state law, to establish five new NC-STeP sites. Effective July 1, 2021.
