Appropriates $50,000 in nonrecurring funds for 2021-22 from the General Fund to the Orange Street School Restoration and Historical Association, Inc., to support its Restoration and Upgrade Project for the historic Orange Street School building. Appropriates $100,000 in nonrecurring funds for 2021-22 from the General Fund to the Sandhills Family Heritage Association, to renovate and restore its historic Spring Lake Civic Center building. Effective July 1, 2021.
