Increases the required allocation of funds appropriated to the Office of State Budget and Management for the 2019-20 fiscal year in SL 2020-4 (2020 COVID-19 Recovery Act) from $15 million to $17.9 million to the Department of Public Instruction for the award of grants to public school units to support extraordinary costs associated with providing Extended School Year Services and future services for qualifying exceptional children impacted by COVID-19, upon application. Makes conforming changes to increase the funds transferred and appropriated in SL 2020-4.
