AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT NO SPECIAL ELECTION IS REQUIRED IN THE TOWN OF WATHA WHEN A VACANCY OCCURS IN THE OFFICE OF MAYOR OR COMMISSIONER DURING THE FIRST TWO YEARS OF A FOUR-YEAR TERM FOR THAT OFFICE.
