AN ACT TO ALLOW JUSTICES AND JUDGES ELECTED TO OFFICE PRIOR TO THE JUSTICE OR JUDGE'S SEVENTY-SECOND BIRTHDAY TO CONTINUE IN THE OFFICE PAST THE MANDATORY JUDICIAL RETIREMENT AGE OF SEVENTY-TWO UNTIL JANUARY 1 OF THE YEAR FOLLOWING THE NEXT ELECTION FOR MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
Amends GS 7A-4.20 as the title indicates.
