AMENDING THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF GREENSBORO TO PROVIDE THAT THE CITY SHALL COLLECT PAST-DUE CHARGES FOR UTILITY SERVICES OWED BY A TENANT WHO IS LIABLE FOR THE CHARGES IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY GENERAL LAW INSTEAD OF PLACING A LIEN UPON THE RENTAL.

Makes a conforming change. Effective from and after July 1, 2010.
