Directs the Office of State Personnel, in conjunction with theDepartment ofPublic Instruction and the Office of State Budget and Management, to(1) studythe expensesrelated to the management of state and local government employees' workers' compensation claims and (2) make recommendationson improving efficiency and reducing expenses.
Specifies topics to be addressed in the study and directs the Office of State Personnel to report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly no later than October 1, 2013.
