Amends SL 2017-78, as amended, providing for the partisan election of members of the Cleveland County Board of Education for four-year terms at the general election in each even-numbered year as terms expire, beginning in 2020. Specifies that five members are to be elected in 2020 and four members in 2022. Provides parameters for when elected members take office and qualify. Makes technical changes. Makes conforming changes, repealing Sections 6 and 7 of SL 2004-41, as amended.
