A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT ALLOWING PERSONS PRACTICING AS CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL MIDWIVES IN THIS STATE TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE MIDWIFERY SERVICES WITHOUT BEING SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PENALTY.
