Amends SL 2000-4, as amended, to authorize the Henderson County Board of Commissioners to change the boundaries of any fire protection district in Henderson County to transfer areas from one protection district to another, by resolution, when the transfer is jointly requested by the fire departments serving those areas, and a description or map of the areas to be transferred is included as an appendix to the resolution.
