AN ACT TO REQUIRE THE DRIVER OF ANY VEHICLE UPON A HIGHWAY OR PUBLIC VEHICULAR AREA TO GIVE A DIRECTIONAL SIGNAL BEFORE STARTING, STOPPING, OR TURNING THE VEHICLE FROM A DIRECT LINE.
