Amends GS 58-50-30(b) to add an occupational therapist licensed by the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy under Article 18D of GS Chapter 90 to the list of providers whom patients have the right to choose under their health benefit plans. Effective October 1, 2017, and applies to health benefit contracts issued, renewed, or amended on or after that date.
