AN ACT TO SUPPORT THE FISCAL VIABILITY OF THE COUNTY JAIL SYSTEM BY REINSTATING REIMBURSEMENT FOR STATE INMATES HOUSED IN COUNTY JAILS SENTENCED TO NINETY DAYS OR LESS AND TO INCREASE THE REIMBURSEMENT RATE FOR STATE INMATES AWAITING POST-TRIAL TRANSFER.
