A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO REDUCE NEEDLE STICK INJURIES AMONG LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS, EMERGENCY RESPONDERS, AND OTHERS BY EXCLUDING NEEDLES, SYRINGES, AND OTHER INJECTION EQUIPMENT FROM THE LIST OF ITEMS DESIGNATED AS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA; AND BY DECRIMINALIZING THE USE, POSSESSION, MANUFACTURE, AND DELIVERY OF INJECTION EQUIPMENT UNDER THE NORTH CAROLINA DRUG PARAPHERNALIA ACT.
