A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO CLARIFY THAT PETIT JURORS ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE THE OATH SET FORTH IN THE NORTH CAROLINA CONSTITUTION AND TO PROVIDE CONSISTENCY BETWEEN THE STATUTES SETTING FORTH THE OATHS TO BE TAKEN BY PETIT JURORS.
