Bill summary
Amends GS 115D-20.1 to require community college boards of trustees, by August 1, 2014, to prohibit the use of tobacco in community college buildings and facilities, on campuses, in community college vehicles, and on other propery owned, leased, or operated by a community college. Makes conforming changes. Removes the Health and Wellness Trust Fund Commission from those entities that must work with boards of trustees in developing the policy.
