Replaces original bill with AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE LEGISLATIVE RESEARCH COMMISSION TO STUDY DESIGNATING THE DIRECTOR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS AS A CUSTODIAN OF COURT RECORDS AND MAKING COURT RECORDS PUBLIC RECORDS AND AVAILABLE TO THIRD PARTIES UPON REQUEST AND PAYMENT OF REPRODUCTION COSTS. As title indicates. Interim report due to 2011 General Assembly with final report due to the 2013 General Assembly.
