Amends GS 14-159.6 to make it a Class 2 misdemeanor to willfully, without written permission, go on to another person’s land, waters, ponds, or waterfowl blind located in Granville County that has been posted in accordance with GS 14-159.7. Effective in Granville County only; applies to offenses committed on or after October 1, 2012.
