House amendment makes the following changes to 4th edition. Authorizes the state to enter into maintenance or security agreements for properties subject to termination of state leases under Section 1 of the act until the Joint Legislative Program Evaluation Oversight Committee has submitted its report pursuant to Section 2(b) of the act and the General Assembly has enacted legislation directing action.
