AN ACT TO EXEMPT CERTAIN PUBLIC AUTHORITIES FROM THE LIGHT-TRAFFIC ROAD LIMITATIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND TO AUTHORIZE THE DIVISION OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO ISSUE PERMANENT REGISTRATION PLATES FOR MOTOR VEHICLES OWNED AND OPERATED BY CERTAIN PUBLIC AUTHORITIES AND ANY RADIO EMERGENCY ASSOCIATED COMMUNICATIONS TEAM THAT PROVIDES ITS SERVICES PURSUANT TO A CONTRACT WITH A COUNTY OR MUNICIPALITY.
