Bill summary
House committee substitute makes the following changes to 2nd edition.
Deletes all the provisions of the 2nd edition and replaces it with AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF A MINOR CHILD INVOLVED IN A SCHOOL BUS CRASH MAY BE DISCLOSED ONLY IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES. Amends GS 20-166.1(h)(3) as the title indicates. Provides that for this subdivision, “school bus” includes a school activity bus as defined in GS 20-4.01(27).
