House amendment #2 makes the following changes to 2nd edition, as amended. Adds new section amending GS 20-43.4, clarifying that the annual jury list provided by the Commission of Motor Vehicles to county jury commissions prepared under GS 9-2(a) is the master jury list; and adds to categories of county residents whose names the Commissioner must remove from the list provided to county jury commissions those who are issued a driver’s license of limited duration under GS 20-7(s) and holders of valid permanent resident cards issued a driver’s license of regular duration under GS 20-7(f); and makes technical changes to the statute by creating subsections (a), (b), and (c).
