Permits a joint application for approval of a cooperative innovative high school from the local boards of education for Davidson County Schools, Thomasville City Schools, and Lexington City Schools. Authorizes approval of the application by the State Board of Education and the State Board of Community Colleges for the 2012-13 school year provided that the application is received by June 15, 2012. Provides for approval of the application without there being an explicit appropriation from the General Assembly.
