Reinstates the Mountain Island Lake Marine Commission (Commission) as it existed on June 1, 2014, before Gaston County withdrew, resulting in the dissolution of the Commission. Amends GS 77-71 requiring that three counties, by joint resolution, create the Commission. Deletes the provision allowing a county to unilaterally withdraw from the Commission, which would result in the Commission's dissolution.
