Removes specified property from the corporate limits of the town of Maggie Valley.

Provides that the provisions of this bill have no effect in regards to the validity of any liens of the town of Maggie Valley for ad valorem taxes or special assessments which were outstanding prior to the effective date of this bill. Provides that such liens can be collected or foreclosed after the effective date as if the specified property is still within the corporate limits. 

Effective July 1, 2015.
