Repeals GS 163-166.9(b)(2), which allowed an individual that is voting curbside to provide a copy of a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document to satisfy voting identification requirements. Such voters must now present satisfactory identification the same as an individual that is voting in person and not curbside, pursuant to GS 163-166.13.
Effective January 1, 2016.
