    Makes the following changes to the provisions of the Winston-Salem Firemen’s Retirement Fund Association (Association) (Sections 1 through 32 of SL 1973-388 as amended). Amends Section 17 to provide that beginning July 1, 2011, the amount of the payroll deduction from each member of the Association is to be determined by the Trustees based on advice from the Association’s actuary as of the first day of each payroll period. Amends Section 28A to add provisions regarding death benefits and differential wage payments so as to comply with the requirements of the Heroes Earnings Assistance and Relief Tax Act of 2008. Effective July 1, 2011.
