Enacts new subsection (e) to proposed GS 160A-288.3 providing that out-of-state law enforcement officers sworn in their home jurisdictions are deemed to have met certification requirements for the purpose of being a sworn officer of the requesting agency. Deletes the term “home state” and substitutes the term “home jurisdiction” in the definitions section. Makes other technical and conforming changes.
