Appropriates $100,896 for 2024-25 from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management for a directed grant to the North Carolina Association of Free and Charitable Clinics Inc. to support the salary of one nurse practitioner at both the Alliance Medical Ministry and Urban Ministries Open Door Clinics, which provide healthcare to uninsured residents of Wake County. Effective July 1, 2024.
