Appropriates $5,320,000 for 2023-24 from the General Fund to the Community Colleges System Office to be allocated to Alamance Community College to build a regional indoor firing range as part of the college's Public Safety Training Center, which will provide students and law enforcement with a venue for pistol and rifle training.
