Appropriates $16.5 million for 2023-24 from the General Fund to the Community Colleges System Office to be allocated to Stanly Community College as follows: $15 million for a facility to house the Basic Law Enforcement Training program and $1.5 million to build a secondary road to enter and exit the main campus. Effective July 1, 2023.
