Appropriates $240,000 for each fiscal year of the 2021-2023 fiscal biennium from the General Fund to the North Carolina Automobile Dealers Association Charitable Foundation to establish a program to promote the public’s awareness, understanding, and comfort with electric and other zero-emissions vehicle technology.
