AN ACT MODIFYING THE EXPIRED DRUG PROVISION OF THE DRUG, SUPPLIES, AND MEDICAL DEVICE REPOSITORY PROGRAM TO ALLOW FOR THE ACCEPTANCE AND DISPENSING OF DRUGS THAT HAVE NOT REACHED THEIR EXPIRATION DATE FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCREASING ACCESS FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE UNINSURED OR UNDERINSURED.
