Senate amendment makes the following changes to the 1st edition. Deletes the content of Section 1 concerning the Senate's consideration of confirmation of Machelle Sanders as Secretary of the Department of Administration, and instead provides that, having given due consideration, the Senate confirms Machelle Sanders as Secretary of the Department of Administration. Makes conforming changes to the act's long title.
