As title indicates, provides that vacancies on the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners are to be filled in accordance with the provisions of GS 153A-27.1, which sets forth parameters for the eligibility, appointment, and term of the person filling a vacancy on boards of commissioners for the specified counties.
