Amends GS 115C-238.29F, GS 115C-548, GS 115C-556, and GS 115C-565 to require that information be given to charter school students, private church school or religious charter school students, nonpublic school students, and home school students on the preventable causes of preterm birth in subsequent pregnancies, including induced abortion, smoking, alcohol use, illicit drug use, and inadequate prenatal care.
